Please note we only accept returns from trade customers. For returns relating to goods purchased through other retailers please contact those retailers directly.

For trade customers faulty/damaged goods may be returned unless otherwise stated. All damaged goods or shortages must be reported within 72 hours of delivery. Shortages/faulty goods reported after this time will be dealt with at the discretion of Fun Shack.

Please notify our returns department of any returns you may have either by telephone or email using the below contact details. Returns will only be accepted with prior authorisation.

All refunds will be made as a credit to your trade account unless otherwise specified. Refunds may be made to the card where payment of goods originated from providing this is requested at point of return request.
